1970 Dodge Challenger
The Dodge Challenger T/A is a very rare breed, indeed. Only produced in 1970, there were 2539 made. It was a racing homologation car made available to the public so Dodge could race in the Sports Car Club of America's Trans American Sedan Championship. It’s like having a Plymouth ‘Cuda AAR.
This car is a “Tribute” to those very coveted cars and is a donor body for an original T/A from Hawaii. Parts were taken from the original T/A to build this car. The HP 340 is fresh and the 727 transmission is rebuilt. 3.23 SureGrip rear end. Not installed, but part of the sale is the tri-power set up pictured. This has the T/A side pipe exhaust, as well.
It runs and drives extremely well and has low very mileage. You won’t be disappointed.
